Starting a web design business coders needed (apply here) I am starting a web design business I will be needing coders/designers for work in which I would not be able to do my self due to time or coding I am unable to do.
I hope to get a lot of business going and I will need a list of designers and coders on hand to do some work I have got a good responce over and DigitalPoint.

The site will be getting alot of advertising. online, business cards, radio etc. I have built few sites one in which is a government charity organisation plent of business and other charity's go through there and I have been told they will give suggestions to people to use dragonstardesign.com

Could you please tell me how the payment is done? How much do we get paid?
It will all depend on the Site that is being built. I will usually offer 50% of the proffits and you would also get profits from any updating that goes on with the site. Everyone that helps in the building of a site is kept on record for the updating of that site.
I will be paying through Paypal.
The site is going to be business registered in Europe vat certified as well.
