To those who applied,
This job has now been fulfilled, yet, I wish to give you all some constructive feedback on why you were rejected this time as I hope you will all go onto have successful web design careers:
1) Most importantly, contact me via the route defined in the job post. I asked you to email me directly; NOT to: reply to me on the forum thread, to private message me or to call me. If you can't follow what the job post says, that doesn't exactly exude confidence that you can follow a brief.
2) E-mail me in good, professional English. Write to me; name first, body and signature name. Some of you unfortunately were passed on because of lack of written communication skills in-which will be necessary to communicate on this project.
3) Some of you gave no website links to your work and no offers of referrals from those you worked with, these things are vital when selling your services to me or anyone.
I hope this comes as handy feedback to you all. We had some tremendous applicants and thank you all for applying to work with us, we were flattered by the interest.
