how can you expect to get sombody to give you all the specs you require, I.E be available from 4pm-9pm and expect them to do that and give you all their time for free????
I mean if you asked for a quick 10 minute job to be done and you had no money i can understand how sombody might be willing to help you out with that, but to give yo all that time, to make YOUR website for free??

Can someone please build me a website like YouTube, I am on holiday for the next 1 years and cannot help you build it. You will also have to pay for hosting the website because my budget ($0) cannot afford the cost of video streaming. You will need to have it complete within 3 months, I'll say "thank you" if you manage it within 2. If this website makes me rich, I'll be even more thankful. This is a win-win situation for the both of us. Maybe I'll even let you join the site if I like you.

Well said mate. I cant beleive these people, just chancers. expecting people to work for them, on their terms, then expect to pay you by just saying "thankyou" and if we are lucky he MIGHT even let us join his site.
Oh common! How can you expect others to spend their time for free that too at the time mentioned. he he .. be practical .. Think from the programmers perspective .. Will you do it if you are a programmer .. that too for free ???

With all due respect, i dont think its your decision to tell people to stop posting in a thread. its up to the original person who opened the thread, or the mods, these a public forums, so people can post in any thread on the forum unless otherwise told not to do so by the MODS or THREAD OWNER.
