Looking for Experienced Web Development Team, Long-Term and/or Permanent

Description:
We are looking for a Web Development team that has extensive experience with the following technologies: ASP (most important), HTML, MS Access, My/MS SQL. In addition developers must also have experience working with Dreamweaver and Flash, but only from a development perspective. We specialize in providing clients with simple, easy-to-use websites, with fully integrated CMS solutions. Strong knowledge of CMS, and eCommerce solutions is required. The team must also be committed to learning new technologies as they develop.

We are not looking for an outsourcing firm, we would like to build this business relationship directly with a development team.
We have used international development teams in the past, and hold no bias to a team's geographical location, but we do require STRONG English communication skills. At a minimum the Team Lead or Project Manager, must speak fluent English. We do not require communication via phone, but for critical projects phone communication needs to be available. Primary communication will be by email and instant messenger. The team would also be required to provide daily status reports of development progress to our project manager.

To the team(s) we select, we will send 1 or 2 test projects to determine if your development team and our team have good chemistry. If it is decided that the relationship is good for both parties we would discuss a longer term business arrangement, and possibly a permanent employment.

Position: Web Development Team

Salary or Project Budget:
To Be Decided (Varies based on Experience & level of Communication and Availability)

A freelancer of exceptional skill is not out of the question, but with our current project load; I don't see how they could complete the work within the required time frames. We are looking to establish a relationship that will extend beyond a project to project basis.
