I am looking to hire an expert PHP/MySQL coder for a complex set of requirements. My requirements document in itself is 35+ pages, outlining EXACTLY what needs to be done, in very specific detail. The design/template of the site is 100% complete, so what I have right now are all of the site's static HTML files. I need a coder to make the site work by doing the backend, and adding all of the dynamic components.
Must read before applying:
a) You MUST write clean code, that is well optimized, properly formatted, and commented. If your code is illegible to anyone but yourself, don't apply!
b) I do NOT want a programmer who just grabs other people's stuff and shoehorns it together. The site must be built from scratch. Use of some 3rd party components is acceptable, but you MUST inform me which 3rd party components you will use (other than those mentioned in my requirements).
c) I am only hiring 1 person for the job. Do not apply if you work in a team.
d) You MUST write and speak in proper english, and reside in Canada or the U.S. A coder from Canada would be a plus.
e) You MUST be willing to sign and fax back a Work for Hire contract, contract terms, and verify your phone number and postal address.
f) You must NOT have any other commitments going on. If you take on this project, I want it to be your ONLY commitment. So you should not be working on other web sites, jobs, etc.
