is your applet packaged into a jar file?

here is the URL to the site I got the applet from, yes it uses a jar, I have the License code for my domain, http://www.izhuk.com/painter/
click on (Create new image or edit an image from your computer >>>) that is how I need it set up on my site, Please like I said I am a dummy and Poor Folk but really really need help with this,
