Php scripter needed

Hi,
i want a member login sytem which incorporates a forum, chat room(s), member pages (pages ehich only show certain content when logged in), register form, and a script which displays all pictures in a specifed folder in a gallery template of some sort.

sorry i know it is alot to expect someone to work for nothing, but i am willing to have ads or something like that for who ever can help do the stuff i cant...

I know it is alot of work, and it would cost alot usually but frankly i have no moeny.

I would be happy to have a text link in the footer, and a image link at the side or a banner or something.
