I need help from a smart coder

Hi I invested a lot of $$ in to a script. Its actually a freebie script called ProjektIRS. Theres a bugs in the script which is PHP by the way, and I would like to hire someone to look in to it and fix the errors.

It has been fixed by others but they wouldn't reveal the error, however they did say the page where the source of the problem lies.

Perhaps this is not Off-topic at all, since I believe you can fix this:

We've bougth a Hosting plan several months (Last November) ago using 16hosts, but I haven't received the rebate yet. (Way more than 30-45 days). And I don't have any answer from 16hosts.

If you can help me:
Is everything OK?
I've wanted to use your referral plan, but you have to prove me is 16hosts is for real. I know you understand my concern.

If you want, check directly with the hosting provider and you should see the transaction (I have all the data).
