Looking for metacrawler / search engine to be written..

I'm looking for a search engine related script, willing to pay a coder or purchase a license, or if you find opensource / free would be best

I would like the script to do the follow..

User inputs search term "bob"
When searches, it displays 3-4 results for "bob" from other specified websites.(I want to specifiy these sites eg: only show results from ###.com, ####.com, ####.com ect. i want to be able to change the websites it searches on and displays the links)

The results page would look like this
Results from ####.com
-link result for bob
-link result for bob
-link result for bob
Results from ####.com
-link result for bob
-link result for bob
-link result for bob
Results from ####.com
-link result for bob
-link result for bob
-link result for bob

Wen a user searches, it displays top 3-4 results from a few specified sites. Even better would be closable/collapsable to show more results from a specific site.
