I need to hire a flash designer!

Nothing much, i simply need a couple of images look like there moving in from the side of the screen. Very simple work for someone who knows what there doing.

How much would it cost to get someone like this?

I'm not looking for exact figures, just something that will put me in the right direction... thanks!
