Affiliate Module Development

Over our 11 1/2 years in business, we've had mixed results from different programmers. We have a priority development project, with many others ongoing.

To complete an affiliate module for our site. Some of the basic functionality is set up, but the tracking, payments to be made (calculations), etc. is not. Preferably some type of CMS so we can make changes. Candidate will be required to sign an NDA, commit to a timeframe for development and stay in close contact (need 24-hr contact info). We do not pay deposits on work.

if ur module uses MS technologies, i would like to be considered...

This sounds like a simple project but I am unsure why you think people will do work without payment, I don't think it works that way. Also here people sometimes sleep (although not always) so I don't see how the 24hr contact is required. Other than that I would have considered it.
