Well whoever you go with... Your right... It shouldn't be too hard and depending on the complexity of your work you should be looking at a 1-6 hour turnaround for the screenshot...
Some people will differ because they may hand code it or use a dreamweaver slicer-matik style program...
Either way... You should validate the work using this tool to check for performance... In the end it can be even more important than accessibility...
