Im desperate for a clone of streetdeeds.com. It doesnt have to look the same but must have the same functionality and work with both america an england addresses. Im not sure how much this is going to cost but i can stretch my budget a bit further for a fast turn around. anyone?

I have cloned the site and in fact have made it even better with really cool
ideas that will blow your mind and I have a database of every street in the UK. for my next project the version I have is incredible
