We are a group of net troops called moderators, every forum has them so you all know what we do  between the 6 of us we successfully run and cover over 15 forums and chat sites. References can be provided if you need them, but after a day of seeing us do our job, (which ever one of us you may get) you wont be needing them.
We love the internet and we do this as a job. So if you are desperate to get that forum going here is what you will get: - Upto 6 moderators, depending on your requirements.
- Constant login, your sight will harldy ever be without cover again.
- A dedicated Moderator (or team of moderators) who will endeavour to answer all the needs of your guests/members. And if we cannot provide an instant answer we will search until we have the right one. making you look brilliant, and showing our dedication to you and your site.
- In the event that the moderator (if you choose only one) has any large periods of time off you will be told in advance and cover for this will be arranged - there will be NO extra cost.
- A written contract between yourselves and the moderator(s) you hire. This will basically cover what we will provide for you upon reciept of payment. Once you have a copy of this contract the moderator(s) you have will be with you until the period of employ ends.
These moderators are in a team and have been for a while, we all work together, but if you have a moderator you would like to make a "permanent ficture" on your forum then you will be able to discuss this with them. Any deals you make with the moderator(s) privately will have nothing to do with the team and the rules above.
We have never had any complaints yet. We have left one site of our own accord, due to it's claims of being family friendly and not being.
