Looking for someon to build a website for me

Hi, I am looking for someoe who can build me a website. I dont want a blog I want a actuall website that I can update the content on a regular basis. I am trying to get a website that people can register. And it would have to deal with sms. So I was thinking of a domain name with a .mobi instead of .com etc. Can anyone help me with this project? I can give more details to people willing to help. Let me know how much you charge also.

Yeah I pm'ed you. It may sound like alot but basically a couple page website with a home page where they can register.
