Looking for business partner

I have programmed a professional custom dating web application and plan to launch many niche dating and/or social networking websites powered by this web application. I need a partner that would be willing help out financial with the business. I want an active partner in the business and not an investor. You would help maintain the websites and benefit from any income the websites earn. One dating site is live and already earning income. You do not need to be a programmer. We can arrange an agreement for all this.
