OK - I'm not sure how this works and how hard it is to do but it can't be too difficult, I just don't understand the server-side process of it.
Basically what I need:

I have page called page.php

Dynamic input is loaded when page.php?id=54 is called for instance.

I need an RSS feed that will extract the newest posts (highest id numbers) from the page. I have a field called '<p id='content'>' and <h2> to be used to detect the content and title. I need the feed to auto-update as new pages are added. Does that make sense?

Can this be done? How much will you charge? Please provide quotes herein.
