Basically we are developing a text based strategy game and are making good progress, we will soon have the early development stages completed and will be requiring a graphics designer to create both 20x20 sort of size logo's for buildings, units etc in game, and also banners and images for elsewhere on the site. We are looking for high quality graphics and so will ask for a small 20x20 image to be made just to make sure you are what we are looking for. The project is a serious one in that we will be following it through to the end and it is coming along quite fast, the team has a lot of experience in both game mechanics and coding at the moment but require assistance with graphics. If we make money from it, they will get a share for the work they have done, but if we don't then it will be good experience at least.
