The basic idea is an online comunity for webmasters.. this comunity would include many features to help webmasters, and to help each other.
basically another WMT right? .... WRONG this isnt a forum it is a community, profiles, videos, blogs.. you name it.
Another feature we will be looking into is an instant messeging service (similar to msn) where users can chat live to one another to hopefully solve problems.
basically 50% of the profits are on offer here, however this 50% will be used as the 'staff' payment, the the more staff the less the percentage. hopefully this would also motivate staff into wanting to do ALL the tasks and keep the money for themselves..
This is a basic administration and modification job, of which a large part would be general advise to the site users, other duties will also be available.
