i need a content management system for my website, where my forum users, can post news, upload content such as editorials, programs, video game content, and videos. i just want users to be able to do as much i can with the site except change the layout and login to my admin of course, if anyone could do that for me i would gradually be apprieciated. if you have a website i will put your link or button on my site.
