OK, I've been trying to open a site up for the past year now, but nothing seemed to work the way I planned it. I've finally got a good design for the site and have an overall vision for the site, but I lack the skills to get there. For anyone who may be able to help, here's the site I'm trying to open up (temporary site):

I'm basically trying to find someone who knows how to get the submissions part set up and running smoothly. Will also probably need some help with calls later on, but that's not in the near future (at least I don't think it is).
OK, so I suppose I need to post up some benefits of the helper/co administrator position:
BENEFITS:
--15% tag on non-OD images/prints taken off
--Free permanent advertising spot on bottom of all pages
--5% profits of OD
site sales (excludes prints)
--Will have own email setup with 8MB space (not much, but I may increase this amount after site gets going)
--5MB free space for submission of his/her own (if you are a graphics artist)
--May add in a freebie from time to time..
JOB DESCRIPTION:
--Scripting the submissions side of the site
--Head webmaster of OD (apart from me)
--Taking care of on-the-spot needs
--Fixing bugs
--Answering emails from time to time (only if I am not able to for some reason)
--Answering phone calls (only if an emergency arises)
--Helping with basic operation of the site (if the need arises)
*I can't afford to pay anyone at this time, but maybe if this takes off it may become an option. It's definitely something I would consider if that possibility would open up.
