I run a web development company and am very busy fulfilling my duties as lead Designer/Developer/PM. I am looking for a reliable person who speaks fluent English and has a broad understand of the web development process. The right candidate will be required to bid on various freelance job sites for my company. In return, the candidate will receive 15% of all project's winning bids. You will not be paid up front, but as we win bids and complete projects you will receive your 15% by PayPal. Once a bid is one, I will take over communications with winning clients. I will provide all freelance site's user accounts for you to use to fulfill your duties.
