Heh. You can make around a whole $1 a day posting to forums. As others say, it's better to build your own forum or blog and make much more money (if you do it right). I had a webmaster forum for a few years that no one ever really posted on other than a handful of friends. It still managed to make around $50 a month from banner revenue thanks to a decent PR and Google traffic. I know people who have forums that make thousands of dollars a month, however. It's all about traffic.

Yeah, you should build your own forum! But if you like posting, you can sell your signatures for up to $100/week per line - depending on your post count, which forum etc.

From my understanding, is that after posting on multiple forums for a while, you can start offering your signature space to the sites that are willing to pay. So ...if you have like 1000 posts out there, the minute you put the link to their site in your signature they would get better ranking.
Again its all in theory, I guess. My opinion that most of these forum signature links probably will be garbage.

Some forums have contests. You can join them.
Then new forums also hire forum posters. You can offer your forum posting service to them.

Go search for Paid-to-post sites or forums. There are a lot of them on the net. But you get exhausted before you earn a decent amount.

There are indeed a lot of them, some of them offering low pay rate per post, but there are some forums offering around $0.05 per post.

I even find one that has $0.06 rate per post and no limit regarding the number of posts that we can make in a day. The only criteria is not to make spam posts!

You'll get RSI - if you can produce good content and don't have the technical ability to monetize it, you can get a LOT more than 6 cents per item, and much more legitimately than by deceiving forum owners (surely it's immoral to actually get paid for typing - that's a world apart from using posts and emails as an OPPORTUNITY for branding...)

Here, I wrote something longer about it for someone who just asked the same question but on the general section forum...
