Definitely poor customer service. And amazingly some very large companies have some of the worst support services yet seemingly stay in business year after year. I guess if you're products are in demand enough, you can get away with bad support ?!?
less customer support, less employee satisfaction and some other like no patience at all. these are issues i think small business owner should keep in mind when doing business.
Large businesses have the same issues, so it's certainly not just with small businesses.
Some of the largest businesses have absolutely terrible customer support and sometimes it makes you really wonder how they continue to gain customers. A large advertising budget is working well for them, obviously.

One thing I have learned is dont cry too much about lost money, mistakes you made that caused it etc. Just write it off dont obsess about it. I spent 10k in 1999 on a failed marketing business online I just moved on to the next venture. Wife and I lost at least 10k in a loan business a few years back, same thing we just wrote it off and carried on to the next days in our lives . Money can be replaced. As long as you have your health, and your family, that will keep you strong
