A simple script to send newsletters

Working as a programmer I have never used such a tool before, but now I'm trying to find an appropriate one, but I can't.

I have checked few I've found

http://www.emailaddresses.com

There are a lot of features I will hardly use. I don't want to pay for features I don't use. But to work with a lot of subscribers I will have to upgrade to highest plans.

Does anyone experience similar problem?

There are quite a few PHP mailing sripts on Sourceforge. Thsoe are all free, and I think that you could find one that will do everything that you want it to.

Actually I can't...

I have tried a lot of them, but still there is no script that will fit to my needs.

All I want is few features:

-php
-mailing lists
-multiple sender accounts
-export/import lists
-support of html templates for mail
-inclusion of attachments

Can anyone suggest such script?
