Anyway, back to the point. You need a license to the digital content you want to profit from. Pics are pretty easy because everybody and their brother has a digital camera. But most people don't produce their own music, let alone record it into mp3 format. So for those you would have to pay royalties for permission to sell them. Or be sued for all your profit plus punitive damages. The same goes for pictures you didn't take.
This is a valuable resource where you can find pictures, ie just pluck them off the web, and do whatever you'd like with them, for free.
