Suggestions for best windows/sql server shopping cart

I need your suggestions on the best software that will allow me to 'snap in' a shopping cart solution to an existing website.

The server will be a windows server using either Access of SQL Server for a database.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There really aren't any good ones.

The best solution you'll come up with is to DIY.

(Take it from someone who deals exclusively with Access and SQL Server.)

Do you mean the free ones or paid ones? And what are the basic features you expect?

I took it that he was refering to a "plug in" Or like when you get a godaddy account/php and you can do those one click installs. except on an .asp server.
