Hi there - I'm looking for affiliate software that will allow my affiliates to submit referrals through a web interface, log those referrals, allow me to process payments for those referrals manually (e.g. as 'referral fee only' or 'referral plus commission'. Obviously affiliates must be able to login and view their details, and submit referrals.

Does anyone know of software that will handle this? The scripts I can find all are targeted at online affiliate programs and so are focused around clicks.
