I need some advice on starting a paid members site.

Here's what I need it to do.

Manage new sign ups with a unique id & password for each member.

Issue lost passwords by putting in customers email address.

Keep track of sign up dates & billing.

File Management with security features

Here's what I have now

Reseller hosting with cgi,perl,php etc. control panel is Directadmin.

Aweber for my newsletter.

Paypal for taking orders.

I would like something that is open source like osCommerce
or a free script if possible.

What type of a site is it? I guess it's going to be a shopping site if you considering oscommerce?
