Arrrg, I'm completely frustrated.
After a year, I'm just made aware that Cybersource has a certificate that expires...who does that? Now, I'm caught in between Cybersource, Miva, and Valueweb who all point to each other and tell me it's "their problem."
After a week of our ecom site unable to accept credit cards, hours in the phone will all entities involved (and a sore ear) I'm turning to you guys for help.
Cybersource now tells me that our certificate has been issued but I need to, "delete the old keys." They don't know where the old keys are, becuase it's not their server. Valueweb tells me that I should go to, "miva.mydomain.com" and type in my user/pass and I'll magically see these mysterious magical keys...NOT!
Has anyone been down this road? How can I get there?
