Because I plan on creating a service like that one but our advantage is that we can let you hire operators for as low as $99 a month. So do you think this would be a good business or do you think only few people will shed that 99 a month?

What market will you be targeting? Personally, I wouldn't use a service such as this. I prefer to keep all customer relations in-house, better quality that way.
