I have just started up http://dcsoftware.info and im almost done the website, so right now im looking for people interested in developing freeware applications for me, im trying to make this a non profit site, where freeware is the only thing on the site, so that means im looking for people interested in developing software for free, this doesnt have to take your whole life up, just whenever you can get the time to create an app, and post it on the site... when doing this, you would be required to have the "Dark Chaos Software" text somewhere in the freeware, then you may zip it up, or create an installer if needed, and you will be given access to the developer ftp account to upload the software, which after that, you would go to the site, and add the appropriate name, author, screenshots, etc using the Developer area of the site..
