The current model allows people to browse the leads, and choose the leads they want to purchase. Currently, the site is failing, and I'm thinking about changing the business model.
There are a few models I'm thinking of.
1. Subscription based -
A user pays a monthly subscription fee in exchange for access to all of the leads
2. Bulk Purchase
A user pays a fee in exchange for a set amount of leads. Example $100 for 50 leads.
I think the failure are the lack of leads. If you want to sell more leads then get more leads. I would also put more effort into becoming known as the place to get these leads.
