Are you just trying to get traffic or are you looking for feedback from a design/usability standpoint?

Either way, this thread does not belong here. I belongs in either the ads forum, or the website review forum.

I'm looking for both. It's a resource for web designers, so of course I want web designers to see it. I also want to know if there is anything that I can do to improve it.

I'll go ahead and post this in the other areas you suggested.
