well... for all commercial sites there is a section of terms and conditions as you may all know.



i also need this. and approaching a lawyer( as i am a student) looks very costly.


would it be possible to just copy this terms and conditions from other site, modify and put it on my site ???

i dont see why not. disclaimer/terms and condition/terms of use aren't part of their copyright content. or is it ???

I wouldn't recommend "borrowing" terms and conditions from other sites, especially if they're similar to yours, as then they'd be competitive.

Try searching for "TOS templates".

i have copied T&C for my EX-hosting site, i colected lots of T&C, and put them together, to make a Super T&C .. ...
Then i told the site, waist of time, lol.

On my new site, i am just going to mail my server host, and use their T&C, on my hosting site. This will ensure that no rules are broken.

That shouldn't pose a problem.
