Take a look at your logs and find out what pages people are comeing in on and what pages people are leaving on. Then optimize these pages and get them to sell your product.
If most people are coming in to your front page and then leaving. It's a sign that your just not capturing their attention. If they are browsing around but never ordering anything, then maybe your not presenting your products good.
Bottom line, you need to figure out HOW people are using your site, and then design it around them.
