that's in REAL money.
Not in things that have NO intrinsic value such as "page views", PR, "Alexa rank", these are just imaginary values that have no bearing on how much some one should pay for a site.

Assuming you can find some fool to buy something that makes so little, pitching it at $200 would be massively over-priced
