You have one product to sell? Don't use Zencart. I've experimented and modified zencart sites for various clients - and for one product, Zencart is definitely going to be overkill. For most sites, Zencart is overkill. Only use it if you have 100+ products, but then I'd recommend Drupal's popular e-commerce module, Ubercart, 'cause Zen is just, in short, trashy.
For you, I'd recommend Google Checkout. It's simple, it's universally accepted (I'm not saying that PayPal isn't, mind you), and they don't take exorbitant cuts of your profits (now I AM saying that PayPal does). Google Checkout also has a number of almost stupid-simple methods to implement the cart/buy-now buttons on to your site. Go Google Checkout!
