What are some good marketing tips that you all can give for a web hosting company struggling to find new clients? I seem to be stuck in a rut of no new clients lately. Not sure of what I'm doing wrong.

Hello,
I first think your website needs a good redesign. It looks old and not professional. Just look at the main image on the homepage, the text is all pixelised. And after seeing the checkout page, I wouldnt purchase from it.
It just seems unprofessional. You need to sort that out and then convey your main message: is it about price, is it about service or is it about the various packages that you offer? Whatever it is, put it in a powerful message and show why people should buy from you over your competitors on the homepage.
That will make people stick around.
Why not conducting a quick survey of your online users, when they enter or leave the site? Or especially those who drop out of your checkout pages. Install CLicktale to see how your users interact with your site.
I think there's a fair amount of work to get your site up to today's standard. Once you've done that, get some traffic in.
Actually, you need to find out whether you get enough traffic or whether people are just not buying. It could be both.
Hope this helps.

It's not the site. You are literally the first person that has suggested a redesign. It's not an old looking layout. I use Google Analytics. Checkout page is fine...

Checkout page and website may look find to you but what's important is what your customers think. Ask them and you'll get great insight.
Is your traffic decreasing or increasing? Compare against when you were more successful. You need to do some more research in my opinion

As well as your online marketing strategy you should not forget your local community!! Business always starts at home.
Local papers and business directories, mailshot local companies, work of mouth (carry your business cards everywhere) and sponsoring local schools fetes and kids football teams.

You keep mentioning the checkout page, without saying what's wrong with it. If you're going to give feedback, please provide backup and facts to what you are saying.

Your website does look old-fashioned. The plain grey background is rather boring and the giant white space at the top of the wbsite looks unprofessional. Today's hosting industry is so flooded that you're going to need every edge you can get to compete. And having a well-designed website will certainly help. It doesn't matter if you have the extremly high quality hosting, most people will take one glance at your site and hit the back button until they pick one of the other thousands of sites. So my first suggestion would be to look into a fresher re-design, then find yourself a niche in the hosting market. Whether it's specializing in hosting a specific platform, or whatever, you need to have some sort of niche to set you apart from the huge amount of other hosting sites out there.

Well I'd suggest redesigning the website and use more sales-oriented elements, present the product.... use call to action elements as well ("order now", "check out the plan" etc..)
Maybe consult your site with a marketing proffessional that will give you more tips...

to be honest, the design doesn't look very professional/outdated. if I were to visit that website, I wouldn't feel like trusting that company with my money. I suggest a redesign if you want to make some sales. on a more broad perspective, I think you should place your website in as many directories as you can & make posts on forums such as this one and freewebspace.net.
oh and don't forget the most important rule: make sure you partner with as many webmaster-related websites as you possibly can (such as blogging sites, general webmaster forums, coding forums, business forums, etc.).
here's are examples of a few websites that look trustworthy (judging on first impression):
-rackspace.com
-mediatemple.org
-aplus.net
these websites have pricing similar to yours, so you have to show your customers why your website is better (the web hosting business is really, really hard because of cheap hosts like bluehost.com taking over much of the industry).

Redesign... how? I put a lot of time and effort into this design, and I really don't want to change it up a lot. How about ways to improve upon what I have now?

try to find another way to market your website, but as soon as you make enough money, I suggest you use 10% of your earnings on hiring a web designer, then another 10% on advertising, and from there just spend 10% maximum on marketting in total.
I can help you redesign your website for free if I have time. I'm currently coding custom plugins for my WordPress blog for webmasters which I will launch soon. I can work on your website when I get bored of code I guess. let's get in contact (and I'll place an advertisement to your website for free for a bit until I get paying advertisers since it won't really have an impact on my website, but will provide a service to my visitors).
your information seems very legit and trust-worthy, but the wrapping does not. you're doing pretty good though. it's not that bad.

and also for now, you want to make your website load as fast as possible. your meadow.jpg image loads slower than the rest of the website (making your hosting service look slow).
here's a GIF version which will load 2 times as fast:

I can say that the site looks ok, but your SEO could need a total upgrade.
You do not need a meta title tag, you already have a title.
SEO keywords, if you use it, make sure you use it correctly everywhere. First keyword; must be first word in domain, title, H1 heading, linking, second keyword, must be second word in domain, title, etc etc.
Do not use the dropdown menu's, google does not understand.
Do not use Logo's from other companies, unless they have given their permission.

Wow, you already got some good tips for the marketing of your hosting company.
I have something in mind that could help you. Make some researches on the market and find out what makes people/companies to contact hosting firms like you. In my opinion now the online stores are very popular. So, become a partner of a software company, who offers e-commerce solutions. The company will recommends you by its clients, you could propose some of your client to have additionally an e-shop. This could be very successful partnership, which will bring you a lot of new clients.

Make some tasty opening offers. Offer opening discounts. Free wine.
Hand out flyers and TALK to passers by, outlining your plans. Visit offices in the area - mentioning special offers.
Produce colourful flyers with a catchy headline.
For example ....... Do not commit CHOP-SUICIDE........try ours instead !!.
Get a mention on local radio. This can be done free.

Just started small restaurant - used some of the above with great success
