I have my "buy now" button all set up but, if a customer wants to make a purchase, and...... anyone has ever logged into paypal from that ISP address in the past ..... then the current customer doesn't have the option to pay without a paypal account. How do I fix this? Do I need a gateway? If I need a gateway, then do I need a shopping cart?.... and a business license..... and a business account with a bank? Help!?

Only PayPal.com has the option to pay by CC without having an account and the payment amount must be in dollars.

Hmm when they face it, they need to click "Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout" but don't make so much worries about that not every people log in their paypal acounts in public computers.. PayPal makes the signup and payment in the same time however ...
