I have 6 web sites. All separate "companies".

I need to add various levels of E-commerce to all of them.

1. A full blown multipage choice order form
Click the items you wish to buy.
Discounts based on previous sales.

2. Multiple single purchase items.

3. 1 item with multiple choices. Memberships

4. Special request purchases. Each has a specific qute nothing prepriced.

5. Consulting Services. Hosting Services.

6. Memberships.

I have briefly looked at Paypal and it was like reading greek.
I am NOT established enough for my own separate merchant account.
I do NOT want to pay yahoo or anyone else for a store.

Suggestions please.

Most decent catalogue / shopping cart scripts can handle those requirements and have payment gateways built in to the system.

No one bit of software is going to handle all your sites.

For the multipage, discounts I'd use something like OS Commerce

For the "Multiple single purchase items", " 1 item with multiple choices" and "Memberships" I'd use something like Membership Client Pro 4

For the "Consulting Services. Hosting Services" I'd probably use something like Modern Bill

I am set up Oscommerce for at least some of the issues but have yet to decide between Paypal-Amazon-Google or going through the expense of setting up a
merchant account.

I'd appreaciate any feedback about Amazon or Google's Payment systems.
I've read and heard all the horror stories about Paypal.

I have been looking at roman cart integrated into google checkout, which seems a good solution, ive tryed 2checkout as well, but there are more terms and conditions than the magna carta, so i wouldnt recommend someone like them, and i agree paypal can be a nightmare.

Although paypal can be useful its not worth just dismissing it without checking it out first !

Ok, I have settled on OsCommerce and Amazon.

I am trying to set up the Amazon with both Single buy Buttons and For the checkout on my OScommerce.

I found the Oscommerce Addin for Amazon. But I am a bit lost when it comes to all these "signatures" and AWS issues on their single item button creator.

Can someone cut through their massive documentation and simplify this for me.
