I am considering Amazon Webstore, but I have a couple of issues to consider.

First, the webstore is secondary to the website which is more about information and resource - can I have a link to a section called "shop" or does the webstore have to resolve to the index page?

Second, I am considering Joomla or Drupal to create the main website - is there any problem running the webstore along side of these CMS applications?

Thanks!

for the most part I think it's as simple as linking from one to the other, unless you want to make the product catalog on your site then send a link to amazon for each individual item.
