I have a client (a US corporation with a US bank) that provides cooking classes in France - - Naturally they are getting killed by the dollar depreciation against the Euro.

We currently use a hosted credit card solution that is both inexpensive and provides excellent service, however we would like to start billing in Euros instead of US dollars.

Any suggestions for a hosted credit card solution provider that provides billing in Euros will be appreciated.

You might want to try the link in my sig. It's a mobile phone payment system which can easily be added to any website. It is non-exclusive, i.e. it will work alongside any other method you wish to use such as paypal, 2co, etc
The upside is that it works perfectly in France (and in most of the rest of Europe and the US), and all the customer needs is a mobile phone, either on contract or, if prepaid, with sufficient credit to purchase a class.
The customer's mobile number gets input via your web payment button (by the customer or by anyone else), the system then sends an SMS to the customer and, if the customer replies confirming the desire to purchase the sale is complete and you're payment is guaranteed by the customer's mobile operator.
There's no need for customers to even have credit cards.
The fees are really low (MUCH lower than any other payment processing method) and there are virtually NO chargebacks, ever.

I believe Regional Pricing is exactly what you are talking about. See below for the example.

Regional Pricing:
Regional Pricing is a new feature that allows you to circumvent the volatile US Dollar and charge in the native currency of your consumers. A different price point is used for each region based upon the IP address of the subscriber.

When using Regional Pricing, we determine where the consumer is located geographically and present them with your preferred pricing point for that region when they buy their subscription. For comparison, let's look at an example:

Without Regional Pricing

You charge $19.95 USD for a monthly subscription. A consumer from Europe signs in and is presented with the $19.95 USD pricing and signs up. You earn $19.95 (gross) for that transaction.

With Regional Pricing

You charge $19.95 USD monthly for all subscriptions that originate from countries that use the USD for their currency. You charge €19.95 to consumers that originate from European Union countries. When consumers from the US subscribe, you earn $19.95 (gross) USD for that transaction. But when a consumer from the EU subscribes you earn $31.27 (gross)* USD.

You can see from these examples that regional pricing is beneficial to your bottom line.
