I'll cut to the chase: I'm more an ideas and concept person with business sense but lack the patience and understanding to do the technical work for a website. I just took out a series of names starting with 2008Software.com, etc & was approved for
all the Digital River Affiliate Programs to begin with. I also own many other brandable premier type domain names that I'm open to sharing with the right person.

Next to Software.com & eSoftware.com, my series of 2008Software.com & so forth, is one of the next best names for a Software Site. In return for someone designing this website & doing the updates & writing a couple of articles/blogs, I'm willing to cut someone in anywhere from 25%-40% of the revenue. I'll pay the domain hosting charges.

I'm an easygoing person but I can't or won't deal with prima donnas, flakes and unreliable people, I don't care how smart and talented they are, but am open minded & heed the advice of people who know more then I do. If you don't won't to work to hard at these sites there is scripts that will go to (for example) clickbank amazon etc and you just collect a commission per sale ... I have a couple of domains that just sit there and run these scripts .. they don't make me rich but they cover the hosting/names costs and get me a couple of beers
