Mainly we only need them for the Credit Card, Paypal, and Google Checkout aspect of the site, but would probably have them involved in other parts as well. Thanks

Hi, I use shopping cart from Qualiteam - LiteCommerce. They have just finished implementation of GoogleCheckout, and they had PayPal addon long ago. And they do custom programming.
