Going to your home page and putting a brick down on your F5 key so it keeps refreshing over and over again is a good way.

Putting a meta refresh into your home page so it refreshes 10 times a second will skyrocket your traffic real cheep.

Using a robot to crawl all over your site will get you traffic low cost.
