hello,I'm a Chinese boy in mainland and ,in 2006,I had bought a domain name via net,maybe personal loss of the commercial thinking or some kinds of nams not getting well bargains except those ending with .com&.cn,the name I bought ending as '.TV' had stayed there for one year without pursue,I just wanna know what's the process to bargain here,is it a intermediary flat and being with some visa/master cards is neccesary to bargain?
