I believe the .tk domain names are not really registered to you (going by what I've seen at other boards), rather they are merely redirects.

Nothing wrong with that mind you... but it reminds me of the .com.kg domains that were going free this time last year... then they did a bait and switch and those who registered domains have to pay something like $6 if they want to keep them now...

Fore-warned is fore-armed...

but its good for these people that have free hostine such as a geocities one.

at least they canhave a domain thats easy to remember. well untill this free seervice runs out.

Their service is just like an URL redirect service ... The domain is not actually registered though ..
