I would like to know how much could I sell my Domain?

I think there are many domains available than can be on the same level as this one, without development is only worth what you paid for it.

it was short and good domain.I like the site content , the cms and its seo(rewrite).Maybe you can sell it after you more develop it.2500 is great for a pr1 domain.I think sites worth is about 20-30

Do you mean you were offered $2500 or you are expecting that? It is a great domain, in my opinion, especially for developing. If you were offered $2500, thats great since its only a PR1, now on the other hand if you worked it a little bit and got it to a PR3 or higher, then you could get yourself more off of it.

Hi,

I was one step before I sell my domain at that time for $2500. Than I got an e-Mail from my friend I should wait because I could make more money with that, when I have better PR. I think I have to start to do something for PR now.

If you were offered $2500 without any PR, then your site is already golden in my opinion. Work it to a PR and you will be bringing in the cash. Let me know if you want to swap links or something.
