I have a site that I never update, never visit, never put out on search engines but it still gets a million plus hits a month and every time I log on to it there is about 30 to 90 people on it all day long. I also get 300-1000 uni a day. When I promote it I get way more but I want to know how much a site like this is worth.
It is a nightclub website for South Florida with som adult content but nothing like an adult site. It has a game room, music videos, pictures, and a ton of other things that I added over the years. Its a mess but if I took the time to fix it up I might make some real cash off of it.
So, back to my question...what is the going rate....ball park if you will.... for a domain like that if I were to sell it. With or without content....
